　　20分樣板作文——“內(nèi)容切題，包括提綱的全部要點(diǎn)，文章通順，言之有物，語(yǔ)言流暢，句式變化多，用語(yǔ)面寬。雖有個(gè)別不妥之處，但是該生基本功較好，表達(dá)能力較強(qiáng)，文章的長(zhǎng)度符合要求”。

　　16分樣板作文——“內(nèi)容切題，包括提綱的全部要點(diǎn)，言之有物，表達(dá)基本清楚，文字連貫，句式變化較多，結(jié)構(gòu)和用詞有少量的一般性錯(cuò)誤，文章的長(zhǎng)度符合要求”。

　　12分樣板作文——“內(nèi)容切題，包括提綱的全部要點(diǎn)，表達(dá)基本清楚，但結(jié)構(gòu)和用詞錯(cuò)誤較多，有少數(shù)是嚴(yán)重錯(cuò)誤，文章的長(zhǎng)度符合要求”。這里的“嚴(yán)重錯(cuò)誤”一般指的是搭配關(guān)系出錯(cuò)，比如“start on”被錯(cuò)寫成“start with”。

　　8分樣板作文——“內(nèi)容切題，包括提綱中所列的要點(diǎn)，表達(dá)尚可理解，但結(jié)構(gòu)和用詞錯(cuò)誤多，有些是嚴(yán)重錯(cuò)誤。文章的長(zhǎng)度基本符合要求”。比如要求寫200個(gè)字，只寫了190字，就叫做“長(zhǎng)度基本符合要求”。

　　4分樣板作文——“短文和題意勉強(qiáng)有關(guān)，但條理不清，篇章結(jié)構(gòu)不完整，語(yǔ)句錯(cuò)誤多，且多為嚴(yán)重錯(cuò)誤——詞不達(dá)意”。

　　2分樣板作文——“條理不清，詞不達(dá)意;語(yǔ)句錯(cuò)誤都為嚴(yán)懲錯(cuò)誤，字?jǐn)?shù)不足”。

Japan’s investment makes up 19.2 per cent, putting it in second spot. Third is the United States at 16 per cent.

　　It is generally believed that Beijing benefits a lot from the outside investment. In the first place, a large number of joint ventures have been set up, which contributes greatly to the development of Capital Economy. Secondly, the foreign-invested enterprises offer a lot of jobs to the residents in Beijing. This in turn relieves the problem of laid-off workers in the city. Finally, the high-tech enterprises in the capital will grow rapidly as Beijing enjoys the same preferential policies as coastal cities open to the outside world.
