im still thinking about his words, and theyve changed the weeds in the garden. im spending more time with my family and friends and letime in committee meetings. whenever possible, life should be a pattern of experience to savour, not endure. im trying to recognize these moment now and cherish them.
im not saving anything; we use our good china and crystal for every special. event such as losing a pound, getting the sink unstopped, the first camellia blossom… i wear my good blazer to the market if i feel like it. my theory is if i look prosperous, i can shell out $28. 49 for one small bag of groceries without wincing. im not saving my good perfume for special parties; clerks in hardware stores and tellers in banks have noses that function as well as my party going friends.
someday and one of these days are losing their grip on my vocabulary. if its worth seeing or hearing or doing, i want to see and hear and do it now. im not sure what my sister wouldve done had she know that she wouldnt be here for the tomorrow we all take for granted.
i think she would have called family members and a few close friends. she might have called a few former friends to apologize, and mend fences for past squabbles. i like to think she would have gone out for a chinese dinner, her favorite food. im guessing. ill never know.
its those little things left undone that would make me angry if i knew that my hours were limited. angry because i put off seeing good friends whom i was going to get in touch with someday. angry because i hadnt written certain letters that i intended to write one of these days. angry and sorry that i didnt tell my husband and daughter often enough how much i truly love them.
im trying very hard not to put off, hold back, or save anything that would add laughter and luster to our lives. and every morning when i open my eyes, i tell myself that every day, every minute, every breath truly, is... a gift from god.

In my 18 years of life, there have been many things. University days are the best part of them. I can never forget the days when I stepped into my university. I was impressed by its garden-like campus, its enthusiastic students and especially its learning atmosphere. I at once fell in love with it.
After the arduous military training, I get absolutely absorbed in my studies. The classes given by the teachers are excellent. They provide us with information not only from our textbooks but from many other sources as well. They easily arouse my insatiable desire to take in as much as I can.
Frankly speaking, at first I had some difficulty following the teachers. However, through my own efforts and thanks to my teachers' guidance, I made remarkable progress. Now I've benefited a lot from lectures and many other academic reports.
Learning is a long process; I'll keep exploring in the treasure house of knowledge to enrich myself. This summer I got out of the ivory tower and entered the real world. A publishing house offered me a part-time job in compilation and revision.
At the beginning I was belittled by my colleagues. But they were really surprised when I translated seven English articles over 5,000 words on only one day. Gradually, they began to look at me with respectful eyes. In their opinion I turned out to be a useful and trustworthy colleague.
I also realize that only those who bring happiness for others can be truly happy. So I often take part in activities concerning public welfare. Campus life is the most splendid time. But different people have different choices. I'm so glad to stand here today to share my idea about Beijing Olympic Games together with you all. The title of my speech is: what can we do for Beijing Olympic Games?
First of all, let me tell you a story that happened 2 years ago. At the end of August, 20xx, when I decided to come to Beijing for study, my friends hel* * **rewell Party for me. They said: after your graduation, you should look for a job in Beijing, and then in 20xx, we shall go to visit you during the Olympic Games. I laughed and answered: OK, no problem!
Time flied and 2 years passed. Now I am a graduate. My teachers and classmates always ask me: what's your plan after your graduation? Go back home, stay in Beijing, or go to some other places? And I always answer: I will stay in Beijing. I make this decision not because of my promise to my friends 2 years ago, but because: I've fallen in love with Beijing! As we know, Beijing will host the 29th Summer Olympic Games in 20xx. As a Chinese, I think many people are thinking: what we can do for Beijing Olympic Games. Most of us are not athletes, we cannot take part in competitions directly; we are not officials either, we don't need to do the preparatory work. We are only ordinary people, what we can do!
There are still so many things we can do! For example, for me, I am a graduate majoring Business English. Friendship is a kind of treasure in our lives. It is actually like a bottle of wine, the longer it is kept, the sweeter it will be. It is also like a cup of tea. When we are thirsty, it will be our best choice, but when we have enough time to enjoy ourselves, it is also the most fragrant drink.

一個好老師不僅要擁有淵博的知識,將課講活﹑講精、講好，還要有高尚的師德。的確，一個老師的師德將會影響一個學生的思想。一位好老師，就應該抓住生活課文中的一點一滴的小事，借機把好的思想傳輸給學生，將會使學生終生受益。當看見受傷的小動物時，就應該教育學生：要愛護動物；當看到有人破壞花草樹木時,就應該教育學生:要愛戶花草樹木；當看到有人亂扔垃圾時,應當教育學生；要保護我們賴以生存的地球的環境。在學課文的時候,譬如講到《自己的花是讓別人看的》一課時,應不失時機地教育學子：要學會“人人為我,我為人人”的品質；講到《金錢的魔力》一文,老師又應及時地告誡學生:千萬不要像托德與老板那樣有著見錢眼開的丑態,不要為金錢所動……當然,不僅要教育學生,老師自己也要做出榜樣。例如:當大家在班級大掃除中都干得有氣無力時，老師帶頭大干起來，揮如汗雨---用自己的實際行動來打動我們、鼓勵我們；再如：當大家在街上看

現在，不少教師經常體罰或破口大罵一些犯錯誤及成績不太好的同學。看到身邊發生的一個個典型事例，我十分痛心，并堅決反對這種做法。我認為，真正的教育不是對學生體罰或破口大罵，這是一種能深深刺痛孩童們的'心的做法。遭受了這樣“待遇”的同學們，不僅會心情愈來愈低落，對學習的興趣也會越來越低……這種狀況發展到最后，就會對這些莘莘學子們---甚至是祖國的未來---產生不良的影響。所以，我認為，一個好老師在學生成績不好或犯錯的時候，應該親切地去鼓勵他，指出他的錯誤在哪，接著，以足夠的耐心，幫助他改正錯誤---而不是以體罰或破口大罵的方式。長此以來，學生不僅提高了自信心，還提高了成績---真是一舉兩得啊！

I love my motherland !Because I love the different races of my country !Each race has its own culture and customs.Some people are kindhearted,some people are generous,some people are humourous...anyway ,I can't display every race of my country ,but what I want to tell you is that the Chinese people are great.Because of them ,our motherland is developing day by day .Our country is becoming much stronger than before .

看看有遇到外國人想搭訕的？都遇到什么情況?沒有朋友之間你推我，我推你，最后誰都沒有去成，2、有沒有自己心里鼓起巨大勇氣，激動了老半天，心臟都快蹦出來了，結果老外從你身邊走了。3、有木有默默地飄過的生活中有許許多多這樣的情況，特別是在張家界這樣的旅游城市，每天都會遇到老外，每天不知道有多少這樣子聯系英語口語的機會，但永遠飄過我們的身邊。所以面對大家說的沒有語言環境或者是練習沒有好拍檔，我個人認為第一點也是最重要的一點抓住你身邊的每一可以練習的機會。人生不是沒有機會，而是機遇來到你的身邊的時候，你沒有準備好。
今天，我們的整個新閃亮團隊給大家帶來一次這種學習的英語口語的機會，不僅人我們報一大堆的`英語證書，為了和還可以和老外自由的溝通。讓我看看向過四六級又想學好英語口語的人有多少。我就結合自身的經歷，練習英語口語我一路的旅行一路的練習。1、抓住每一個溝通外語的機會，我自己呢就是搭訕老外，只要是外國人就不會放過機會，……………………（尼泊爾，荷蘭）2、積極運用肢體語言…………3、找美國人或者年輕人 4、學會用自己已有的詞匯表達（迪拜，阿拉伯塔酒店，又稱迪拜帆船酒店）5學會猜（美國，湘雅醫院）聽了那么多事情你們就一定覺得我的英語很好，如果用中國應試教育的標準來說，我確實比較 low，我高中三年就高考英語及格而且是那種擦邊球那種的，每次一做題目我都覺得正確答案有問題，題目明明是說我學到了什么，我學到了A正確答案確是告訴我學到了B。學到了什么不是學生說了算嗎？反倒老師成我們肚子肥蟲知道了。
對于英語口語一路的旅行一路的練習，旅行過程中處處有各種各樣和老外搭訕學英語的機會。人生旅途的機遇也是如此，你和各種各樣的機遇擦肩而過，有時候或許算不上機會但你卻創造了機會。有時候特顯眼的機會擺在你面前你卻不知道。今天我們新閃亮就帶了這么一個讓大家不僅向前一個同學一樣可以拿到四六級高分，而且可以在人生的旅途中面對外國人想說就說。加入新閃亮就是個機會，
